Venice Heritage Foundation is a broad-based organization, big in community spirit, dedicated to serving the needs of the Venice community.

Its mission is to improve the present with the past; it was founded to build a museum celebrating Abbot Kinney’s 1905 vision of Venice, California.

After a great first meeting with the board, I dove into my research of Venice and its long history.
